After the product was put into the market, due to its characteristics of super corrosion resistance, self-healing, long life, easy processing, etc., it was soon applied to many photovoltaic projects at home and abroad. The production line is a thick acid plating combined unit production line, designed capacity of 450,000 tons/year, using low energy consumption, green, the world's advanced hot-rolled plate pickling galvanizing process. "Compared with the previous production process of zinc and aluminum products, the production line eliminates the cold-rolling process and directly uses hot-rolled products as the base material, which can further reduce production costs and energy consumption." Advanced equipment and technology, high level of intelligence, is another major feature of the production line. The production line can produce products with a thickness of 1.5-6.0mm and a width of 900-1650mm. The maximum thickness of the product is 3.0mm, and now it is extended to 6.0mm, which means that the application field has been further expanded." Up to now, a total of 5200 tons of hot-base galvanized sheet have been produced and are being sent to customers.
